2. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you purchased The Vitalis System online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period".

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The product must not have been used, opened, or tampered with.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product (or within 14 days for cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used dietary supplements. This exclusion is in accordance with Regulation 28(3)(d) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows sellers to exclude the right to cancel for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Package the product securely in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • The refund will include the price of the product and the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). If you chose a delivery option more expensive than standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund and credit it to your account.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases:

  • We will arrange for the return of the product at our expense.

  • 30-day right to reject: Within 30 days of receiving goods that are faulty or not as described, you have the right to reject them for a full refund.
  • Right to repair or replacement: After 30 days but within 6 months, the seller must attempt at least one repair or replacement before you can claim a refund.
  • Six-month rule: Within the first 6 months, it is presumed that any fault was present at the time of delivery, unless the seller can prove otherwise.

7. Exclusions

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially used, except where the product is faulty.
  • Products returned after 30 days from the date of delivery (outside the cooling-off period and voluntary return window), except where statutory rights apply.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow storage or usage instructions.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
